Ingredients
1 kg sabana potatoes, peeled and cut
2 tbsp butter
1 cup(s) creamy milk
5 piece(s) egg yolks
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the potatoes in water and salt, and once soft, pass through a ricer or mash with a fork until dissolved.
  2. Mix with the rest of the ingredients, beat a little and serve hot.
