Directions
- Wash the spinach very well, remove the veins and chop the green part.
- Prepare a cold sauce with the vinegar, oil and panela, and mix well.
- Fry the bacon pieces in their own fat until toasted.
- Add the apple and mix everything stirring from bottom to top and serve. (Optional: put chopped hard-boiled egg on top when serving).
