500 gr yuca (cassava) starch, sour
250 gr white cheese, grated
3 tbsp butter
1 piece(s) egg, beaten
Directions
  1. Mix all the ingredients and knead well.
  2. Form the yuca breads in a half-moon or round shape and arrange well separated on a previously greased pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 350°, for approximately 15 minutes.
