500 gr corn dough for empanadas (see previous recipe)
2 cup(s) white cheese, grated
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
Directions
  1. Prepare the dough the same as the previous one.
  2. Beat the cheese and eggs.
  3. The thin arepitas formed with the dough are filled with the cheese and egg mixture, and proceed in the same way to close and fry them.
