Sour Corn

1 gr yellow corn
500 gr cheese, grated
6 piece(s) eggs, beaten
oil
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. The cracked corn is left to ferment in water for 8 days, changing the water every 2 days.
  2. Then it is ground to obtain a sour masa.
  3. The sour masa is mixed with the cheese, eggs, and salt.
  4. Knead well and form balls that are roasted or fried until they are golden.
