Ingredients
1 masa (corn dough)
1 bottle(s) sour milk
½ sugar
10 cloves
1 sliver(s) cinnamon
1 pinch salt
Directions
  1. Take the masa in an iron pot, cook over low heat the masa with the sour milk, water, the cloves, the cinnamon, the pinch of salt and the sugar.
  2. Use a wooden spoon and when the paste is boiling, remove from heat, grease a small iron pot of those used to make rice, spread the paste and put it in the oven at medium heat for 45 minutes.
  3. If you want to know if it is well cooked, use a knife and insert it and if it comes out clean, remove it from the oven, let it cool and serve it in slices.
