Directions
- Take the masa in an iron pot, cook over low heat the masa with the sour milk, water, the cloves, the cinnamon, the pinch of salt and the sugar.
- Use a wooden spoon and when the paste is boiling, remove from heat, grease a small iron pot of those used to make rice, spread the paste and put it in the oven at medium heat for 45 minutes.
- If you want to know if it is well cooked, use a knife and insert it and if it comes out clean, remove it from the oven, let it cool and serve it in slices.
