cecina (salted beef)
red sweet bell pepper
onion (finely chopped)

pinch white pepper (ground)

pinch nutmeg

beef bouillon cube
Worcestershire sauce to taste

box(s) sweet cream

pint cream cheese

Directions
- Cook the meat with each of the spices and seasonings, gradually adding water. Once cooked, shred it.
- Add the cooked and grated green plantains. Stir with a wooden fork on low heat.
- Pour in the sweet cream and cream cheese, add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Stir gently, let it thicken a little. Serve in homemade tortillas.
