1/2 kg ground meat

Directions
  1. Peel and parboil the guineos (green bananas).
  2. Fry the ground beef with onion, celery, culantro, and tomato.
  3. Add salt to taste.
  4. Mix the meat and chopped guineos and let simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
  5. Serve on a plate as main course or portion.
