Ingredients
1200 gr yuca (cassava)
1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
4 piece(s) eggs
2 piece(s) sticks of margarine
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup(s) flour
1 cup(s) sugar
1 natilla (Costa Rican sour cream)
Directions
  1. Grate the yuca on the finest side of the grater, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Pour into a greased pan and place in the oven for 25 minutes on the bottom rack and 5 minutes on the top rack.
