500 gr salted meat
500 gr fresh beef or chicken
500 gr smoked meat
750 gr potato
6 piece(s) pieces of yuca
3 piece(s) green plantains
500 gr coastal cheese
cilantro, oregano, basil, scallion, tomato, garlic

Directions
  1. Let the three meats soften, each cut into 10 small pieces.
  2. Next, add plantain, potatoes and yuca in medium-sized pieces, cook them and then add the seasonings to give it good flavor.
  3. Finally add cheese. In this preparation from Tadó, Chocó, an ingredient uncommon in other regions of the country is used: smoked tripe. To obtain it, wash the small intestines of beef or chunchullos well, then braid them and finally smoke them over a wood stove for two days, which gives them a dry texture and a dark color.
