- Let the three meats soften, each cut into 10 small pieces.
- Next, add plantain, potatoes and yuca in medium-sized pieces, cook them and then add the seasonings to give it good flavor.
- Finally add cheese. In this preparation from Tadó, Chocó, an ingredient uncommon in other regions of the country is used: smoked tripe.
