Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and season the loin with salt, pepper, and crushed garlic.
- Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 1 hour, basting it with its own juices occasionally.
- Meanwhile, in a small pot over medium heat, cook the fruit, water, wine, and sugar, stirring until forming a light syrup.
- Add lemon juice and mix well.
- Then remove the loin from the oven, cut into slices and put back in the pan; bathe with syrup and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with white rice.
