pinch sugar to taste

tbsp oil
oil for frying
pinch honey to taste
Directions
- Grind the yuca and mix it with the beaten eggs, 3 tablespoons of oil and sugar to taste until obtaining a smooth dough.
- Make small balls with the dough and fry them in oil at medium temperature until golden brown.
- Drain on absorbent paper and bathe them with honey.
