Directions
- Shell the tender corn ears. Grind the kernels finely and drain the resulting dough.
- Add cheese, panela, butter, eggs and salt to taste to the dough.
- Heat a griddle and pour a portion of dough on it. Spread it thin and let it cook until it browns on one side. Turn and brown on the other side.
- Serve hot.
