pinch achiote or food coloring to taste
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Wash the capybara meat very well and season it with green onion, garlic, achiote and salt to taste. Leave it marinating for 1 hour.
- After this time, bake the meat for 2 hours or until tender, basting it from time to time with the same marinade.
- Serve hot.
