piece(s) large pumpkin or 4 small pumpkins

cup(s) grated white cheese

cup(s) dried beef, cut into small pieces

cup(s) hogao
pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Take the pumpkin and make a cut on the top part (where the stem is) as if forming a lid.
- Through the hole, extract all the seeds with the help of a spoon and discard them.
- Prepare a mixture with grated cheese, dried beef, hogao and salt. Fill the pumpkin with this mixture.
- Put the lid back on and place the pumpkin in the oven at medium heat (or near a wood fire) for 2 hours, until it is soft.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
