Ingredients
1 piece(s) large pumpkin or 4 small pumpkins
2 cup(s) grated white cheese
2 cup(s) dried beef, cut into small pieces
1 cup(s) hogao
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Take the pumpkin and make a cut on the top part (where the stem is) as if forming a lid.
  2. Through the hole, extract all the seeds with the help of a spoon and discard them.
  3. Prepare a mixture with grated cheese, dried beef, hogao and salt. Fill the pumpkin with this mixture.
  4. Put the lid back on and place the pumpkin in the oven at medium heat (or near a wood fire) for 2 hours, until it is soft.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot.
