Directions
- Peel the mangoes carefully removing the skin to make the most of the pulp. Remove the seed, cut the pulp into pieces and cook these in water at a level that covers them for 30 minutes.
- When the pieces are soft, remove them and let them rest, reserving the water in which they were cooked.
- Then take to the blender the mango pieces, water and sugar to taste, and then pass the juice through a strainer.
- Serve in tall glasses with ice.
