6 piece(s) large green mangoes
2 piece(s) liters of water
pinch sugar to taste
ice
Directions
  1. Peel the mangoes carefully removing the skin to make the most of the pulp. Remove the seed, cut the pulp into pieces and cook these in water at a level that covers them for 30 minutes.
  2. When the pieces are soft, remove them and let them rest, reserving the water in which they were cooked.
  3. Then take to the blender the mango pieces, water and sugar to taste, and then pass the juice through a strainer.
  4. Serve in tall glasses with ice.
