Ingredients
1 piece(s) large coconut
500 gr millet
1 piece(s) panela (unrefined cane sugar)
Directions
  1. Put the millet to soak in water for 1 hour.
  2. While finely grating the coconut, put a dry pot over fire until very hot.
  3. Drain the millet, put in the pot and let cook until it begins to open like popcorn.
  4. When all the millet is open, put in a bowl and mix with the coconut and honey obtained from cooking the panela in ½ liter of water. Everything should be hot.
  5. Moisten hands to form medium balls that are left to dry.
