Directions
- Put the millet to soak in water for 1 hour.
- While finely grating the coconut, put a dry pot over fire until very hot.
- Drain the millet, put in the pot and let cook until it begins to open like popcorn.
- When all the millet is open, put in a bowl and mix with the coconut and honey obtained from cooking the panela in ½ liter of water. Everything should be hot.
- Moisten hands to form medium balls that are left to dry.
