Directions
- Dissolve masa in water with little salt and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes until forming very thick porridge.
- Prepare leaves, place masa base, then tablespoon of filling spread on top and cover with another layer of masa.
- Wrap and tie one by one, and cook in boiling water for 1 hour.
- When opened should be white.
