Ingredients
750 gr ullucos
3 piece(s) eggs, beaten
2 tbsp wheat flour
125 gr white cheese, grated
lard or oil
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook ullucos for 25 minutes, until soft, and cut in slices.
  2. Mix eggs, flour, cheese and ullucos, and stir well.
  3. With a soup spoon, take out, one by one, small portions that are fried in oil until golden.
