Ingredients
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh corn masa
1/2 cup(s) grated cheese
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten
2 tbsp grated panela
oil
salt
Directions
  1. Slice corn cobs to obtain 2 cups of kernels that are ground.
  2. Mix masa with cheese, eggs, panela and salt, and knead everything well.
  3. Form small fritters and fry in hot oil until golden, remove, drain, put on absorbent paper, press a little to remove excess fat and serve.
