Directions
- Slice corn cobs to obtain 2 cups of kernels that are ground.
- Mix masa with cheese, eggs, panela and salt, and knead everything well.
- Form small fritters and fry in hot oil until golden, remove, drain, put on absorbent paper, press a little to remove excess fat and serve.
