Directions
- Shave the corn cobs scraping the cob, grind the kernels with the cheese, and knead with the egg, sugar and salt until a firm dough forms.
- Put portions in the husks to form wraps about 8 cm long; close, tie with chumbes and cook in water about 30 minutes, placing some cobs at the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking.
- Very popular to accompany meats; also eaten with coffee.
