2 cup(s) juice of any fruit
1 cup(s) rice, washed
8 cup(s) water
sugar to taste
Directions
  1. Boil the rice in water until the grain almost disappears, remove from heat, let cool and pass through a strainer.
  2. This rice-water is mixed with the juice of any fruit, and sugar is added to taste.
  3. Serve cold.
