Directions
- When removing the water from guavas to prepare jelly, the cooked pulp remains, which is put in a blender or ground with a little orange juice.
- Remove and add sugar to taste.
- Soak in a pan, stirring with cagüinga (wooden spoon) until seeing the bottom.
- Remove and deposit in a candy dish.
- If panelitas (small bars) are desired, leave a bit more and pour into a mold, let cool and cut.
