Directions
  1. Remove kernels and grind the corn (until you get a milky masa).
  2. Add salt, sugar (or grated panela and optionally milk).
  3. Heat a budare (iron or clay griddle) and grease with beef fat, lard or butter.
  4. With a large spoon take out portions and cook, turning them carefully.
  5. It is customary to eat them with grated white cheese sprinkled on top.
