Directions
- Curdle milk with rennet, separate curd and collect whey.
- Boil whey and add curd cut into pieces, cook 5 minutes, remove curd, knead and spread on table with hand first, then with rolling pin (as thin as possible).
- Salt and cut into strips or bands to form balls or any other desired shape, approximately ¼ pound (125 g) weight.
