2 fresh milk
1/2 piece(s) rennet tablet
salt (preferably rock salt)
Directions
  1. Curdle milk with rennet, separate curd and collect whey.
  2. Boil whey and add curd cut into pieces, cook 5 minutes, remove curd, knead and spread on table with hand first, then with rolling pin (as thin as possible).
  3. Salt and cut into strips or bands to form balls or any other desired shape, approximately ¼ pound (125 g) weight.
