Directions
- Grind the corn kernels and cracklings together; to this dough add the butter, yolks, cheese, sugar, salt, yeast and milk.
- Knead again and let rest for 1 hour.
- Take portions and place them in the corn husks, tie and put in a clay pot to steam with little water, for 2 hours, placing fern leaves at the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking.
