cup(s) white cheese, grated

cup(s) calados (Colombian cheese curds), grated
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put the potatoes in a clay pot with the milk, water, salt, pepper and onion, cook until they start to burst.
- Add the eggs, cheese and calados.
- Pour into a mold and bake in preheated oven at 300°, for 15 minutes.
