Ingredients
1 kg papas criollas (small yellow potatoes), large, unpeeled
125 gr butter
4 piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped
4 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) white cheese, grated
1 cup(s) calados (Colombian cheese curds), grated
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Put the potatoes in a clay pot with the milk, water, salt, pepper and onion, cook until they start to burst.
  2. Add the eggs, cheese and calados.
  3. Pour into a mold and bake in preheated oven at 300°, for 15 minutes.
