cup(s) vinegar
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put the peppers in vinegar for 30 minutes, so the vinegar takes on the pepper flavor.
- Meanwhile, finely chop all the other ingredients.
- Remove the peppers and discard.
- In this same vinegar put all the chopped mixture, stirring so there are no air bubbles.
- Can be kept refrigerated for several days.
- It is recommended to use glass containers and wooden spoon.
