Ingredients
2 piece(s) green onion stalks, chopped
1 piece(s) onion, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/2 tbsp parsley
1 piece(s) tomato, peeled and chopped
4 piece(s) hot peppers, crushed
1 cup(s) vinegar
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Put the peppers in vinegar for 30 minutes, so the vinegar takes on the pepper flavor.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop all the other ingredients.
  3. Remove the peppers and discard.
  4. In this same vinegar put all the chopped mixture, stirring so there are no air bubbles.
  5. Can be kept refrigerated for several days.
  6. It is recommended to use glass containers and wooden spoon.
