Ingredients
4 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
1 tbsp cilantro and parsley, finely chopped
2 piece(s) hot peppers
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Marinate the hot peppers in the vinegar and lemon juice for 1 hour, then remove the peppers and incorporate the vinegar with the herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the eggs and mix well.
  3. Serve to accompany soups, meats and salads.
