Directions
- Put the spine to cook in the water, add the cuchuco, green onion and garlic, leave over high heat for 45 minutes.
- Remove the spine from the broth and add the sabana potatoes, peas and fava beans, and cook for another 15 minutes; then add the papa criolla, cabbage leaves, salt, pepper, wheat flour and again the spine, but this time chopped into portions.
- Cover, cook over low heat for 20 more minutes and serve very hot.
