Ingredients
1500 gr pork loin
1/4 piece(s) panela melado (½ panela in 1 cup water)
4 piece(s) ground cloves
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Put the meat to sweat in a covered container, with 1 cup water, salt and pepper, for 30 minutes.
  2. When half tender, remove and place in a mold.
  3. Mix the sauce it released when sweating, with the melado and cloves and bathe the meat again.
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 350°, for approximately 30 minutes or until it browns. (Optional: You can put thin slices of onion on top).
