Ingredients
3 piece(s) very ripe plantains, peeled and cooked
500 gr aged cheese, grated
3 tbsp honey
3 piece(s) eggs, beaten
2 tbsp wheat flour
pinch salt to taste
oil
Directions
  1. Grind the plantains and knead well with a little salt.
  2. Take portions and pat them forming small arepitas.
  3. Put in the middle a bit of cheese bathed with honey and close forming empanadas.
  4. Coat them in the egg and flour batter and fry immediately in hot oil, until golden.
