Directions
- Cook the cidras (don't let them get too soft), remove and peel.
- Cut a slice from the top, extract the pulp with a spoon and fill with the filling.
- Cover with the same slice that was cut, place vertically in a pot and cover with broth; cook covered for 10 minutes.
- Remove and with the remaining broth, butter, bread and parsley prepare a sauce to cover them.
- Serve cut in half lengthwise.
