500 gr hulled corn
250 gr beef fat chicharrones
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Soak the corn in water for 5 days (changing it daily).
  2. Remove and grind with the chicharrones and salt.
  3. Form thin arepas, cook on a skillet or on a baking sheet.
