1 kg ripe blackberries, stemmed
2 piece(s) bottles (1 1/2 liter) of aguardiente
Directions
  1. Put everything to marinate for a minimum of 2 months, in an enameled or glass container.
  2. You can add fresh water to taste to make it smoother.
  3. Strain and bottle.
  4. Serve in small glasses.
  5. With the blackberries, a little water and 1 pound (500 gr) of sugar, prepare a sweet by cooking them over low heat, until it reaches the desired thickness.
