pinch salt
Directions
  1. Leave the plantains whole and parboil them for 25 minutes.
  2. Remove them and leave them out in the night air overnight.
  3. Place them with a little salt to grill over charcoal.
  4. Serve them as a side dish, or mash them and add them to soups or stews.
