Directions
- Cook the chontaduro fruits with a little oil and beef bones for 1 hour.
- Once soft, let them rest until the next day in the water in which they were cooked.
- Peel and cut them traditionally, with a little salt.
- Serve as an appetizer, cut into wedges, with mayonnaise and lemon.
