Directions
- Once the queen ants are caught, their wings are removed.
- The abdomen and legs are separated from the desirable rear part.
- A clay pot or iron skillet is heated and greased slightly.
- They are toasted, stirring them, taking care not to let them burn.
- A little salt is sprinkled on them.
- They are eaten once toasted.
