gr fried pork cracklings, without skin

Directions
- Heat hogao and add meat, cracklings and peas, cook 20 minutes; then mix with masa and stir.
- Take portions, place on plantain leaves, wrap and fold edges both vertically and horizontally to ensure they don't open.
- Steam in little boiling water for 60 minutes, on bed of ribs and leaves, adding more hot water if necessary.
- Serve hot.
