- Serve with salt as appetizer.
- Also highly appreciated as appetizer is clean and scaled fish, cut into small portions and fried in coconut oil (or vegetable, or mix of both).
- Most used species are red snapper, barracuda, jack, coro, pelao, saltones, bonito, etc.
