hibiscus flowers (Jamaica), cinnamon

water
Directions
- Wash, blend and strain with the liter and a half of water.
- Put to boil with the sugar, cinnamon and hibiscus flowers, stir constantly so it doesn't stick. When it's at the right point (not too thick nor too watery), remove.
- Let cool and put in jars.
