Ingredients
1 guava
1 1/2 sugar
hibiscus flowers (Jamaica), cinnamon
1 1/2 water
Directions
  1. Wash, blend and strain with the liter and a half of water.
  2. Put to boil with the sugar, cinnamon and hibiscus flowers, stir constantly so it doesn't stick. When it's at the right point (not too thick nor too watery), remove.
  3. Let cool and put in jars.
