Ingredients
12 green bananas
2 sweet bell peppers
1 large onion
2 bunches of cilantro
1 celery leaf
2 salt
1 sour lime
1 package of mayonnaise
1 bunch of parsley
Directions
  1. Cook the plantains with the salt, let cool, then chop all the other ingredients and put them in a bowl. Once mixed, add the mayonnaise and sour lime. Put everything in the refrigerator.
