Directions
- Put the two cups of rice on the heat along with the regular milk, cloves, and cinnamon stick until it starts to burst, then add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, and the remaining ingredients.
- Once ready, cook for 35 minutes in a greased pan until golden.
