Torta de Arroz (Rice Cake)

Ingredients
2 rice
1 jar evaporated milk
1 jar condensed milk
2 regular milk
2 powdered milk
1 butter
1 achiote (annatto)
¾ grated cheese
cloves
cinnamon stick
Directions
  1. Put the two cups of rice on the heat along with the regular milk, cloves, and cinnamon stick until it starts to burst, then add the evaporated milk, condensed milk, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, and the remaining ingredients.
  2. Once ready, cook for 35 minutes in a greased pan until golden.
