cup(s) corn masa

chicken bouillon cubes

cup(s) sweet bell pepper

cup(s) onion

culantro coyote (wild cilantro)
salt to taste
Directions
- In a pot add the water along with all the vegetables already prepared, peeled, and cut.
- Let it boil for 40 minutes. Add the culantro coyote and salt to taste.
- In a separate container, add the ground meat, eggs, corn masa, bell pepper, onion, garlic cloves, and bouillon cubes. Mix very well until the ingredients are homogeneous.
- Once the masa is ready, proceed to make little balls of ground meat, add them to the soup, and let boil for 35 more minutes.
