Ingredients
camote (sweet potato)
natural cow's milk
cup(s) sugar
3 large cinnamon sticks
10 cloves
10 small balls hibiscus (jamaica)
liquor to taste
Directions
  1. Steam the camote with spices in one cup of water.
  2. Then peel the camote and blend with milk.
  3. Blend the spices separately to pass through a strainer.
  4. Bring to heat until it boils, add sugar, and keep at medium heat until it boils again.
  5. Let cool, add liquor to taste, and beat with a molinillo or in the blender.
  6. Then refrigerate.
