camote (sweet potato)

natural cow's milk

cup(s) sugar

large cinnamon sticks

small balls hibiscus (jamaica)
liquor to taste
Directions
- Steam the camote with spices in one cup of water.
- Then peel the camote and blend with milk.
- Blend the spices separately to pass through a strainer.
- Bring to heat until it boils, add sugar, and keep at medium heat until it boils again.
- Let cool, add liquor to taste, and beat with a molinillo or in the blender.
- Then refrigerate.
